Housing society management software for Pimpri-Chinchwadपिंपरी-चिंचवडमधील सहकारी गृहनिर्माण संस्थांसाठी व्यवस्थापन सॉफ्टवेअर

Pimpri-Chinchwad societies pay property and water tax to the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, and a number stand on land first developed by the Pimpri-Chinchwad New Town Development Authority, which has since been merged into PMRDA. Redevelopment follows the state's unified regulations, and societies come under the Pune division of the Co-operation Department. Each point below links the official source.

Property and water tax are paid to the PCMC

The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation's tax assessment and collection department levies property tax; the corporation's website links to its property and water tax services, where tax can be paid online against the property's unique identification code (UPIC). Water bills are paid separately on the corporation's water billing page. A society that pays a bulk water bill or collects property tax through maintenance should keep the PCMC receipts with its vouchers so the auditor can match them.

Former PCNTDA land is now with PMRDA

The Pimpri-Chinchwad New Town Development Authority (PCNTDA) developed sectors and allotted plots across the city. By an Urban Development Department order of 7 June 2021 it was dissolved and merged into the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA). PMRDA's Land and Estate wing now publishes the merger order, the PMRDA (Disposal of Lands) Regulations 2023 and the land-return orders for the former PCNTDA area. A society on a former PCNTDA plot should check its allotment or lease deed and which authority now holds the plot's file before a transfer, a mortgage or redevelopment.

The registrar and fire safety

Pune district has two District Deputy Registrars on the Co-operation Commissioner's official list, Pune City and Pune Rural, under the Divisional Joint Registrar, Pune, with Deputy and Assistant Registrars at taluka level. Registration of a society is a notified public service to be decided within 60 days. For fire safety, the society must give the PCMC's Chief Fire Officer a licensed agency's Form B every January and July under section 3(3) of the Maharashtra Fire Prevention and Life Safety Measures Act.

What SocietyAxis does for a Pimpri-Chinchwad society

SocietyAxis keeps the society's record the way the MCS Act and the bye-laws expect: maintenance bills and receipts in English and Marathi, statutory registers that are never overwritten, a compliance calendar for the Form B, audit, returns and AGM dates, and a gate app for visitors and staff. Its 2027 pilot will run with a small number of societies in Mumbai MMR and Pune.
