Run your 2027 AGM cycle on SocietyAxis२०२७ पायलट कार्यक्रम
Three to five societies in Mumbai MMR and Pune will run the whole 2027 cycle on SocietyAxis — from the year-end accounts to the AGM and the returns — with us beside them. These are the terms and the tests.
The timeline
- Oct–Dec 2026
Select 3–5 societies in Mumbai MMR and Pune: one small, two or three mid-sized, one large; at least one now on a gate app - Jan–Mar 2027
Onboarding: registers backfilled, opening balances as at 1 April, members and flats imported - Apr–May 2027
Year-end: accounts finalised by 15 May, books to the auditor - Jun–Jul 2027
Statutory audit completed by 31 July from the auditor login - Aug–Sep 2027
AGM pack, notice with proof of service, AGM by 30 September, returns filed
How we will judge it
The pilot succeeds for a society only if all of these are true at the end of September 2027:
- The AGM is held on time, with the pack generated from SocietyAxis
- The 79(1A) and 79(1B) returns are filed from the bundle
- The statutory auditor signs off from the auditor login
- At least 90 % of bills collected through the system
- No “notice not received” disputes
- Every register printable and current
We would like at least one pilot society whose auditor agrees to work from the auditor login, and at least one that uses a gate app today.
